Set in the mountains of Alicante, Alenda Green can be found just 20 minutes from Alicante airport and 15 minutes by car from Alicante city centre, where you will find a beautiful beach, many shops and a stunning harbour, a great place to spend some time people watching.
The house was built in late 2006, within an enclosed private complex with communal swimming pool and children's play ground.
This spacious property is offered to a high specification, and is a very comfortable, clean holiday home for your enjoyment.
With the house arranged over three floors, there is one double bedroom with en-suite, and a further two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom on the first floor. There is an adjoining terrace off of the twin bedrooms that over looks the pool.
On the ground floor you will find a very comfortable lounge with dining area complete with LCD TV, Hi-Fi and DVD player and a terrace with pool view. The lower level is furnished as a day room with sofa, and has another terrace with patio table and chairs and access to the pool area. The first two floors have air conditioning, the lower level does not as this is more of an open day room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
There is a table and chairs within the kitchen which is perfect for family meal times.
The utility area is accessed via the kitchen and has a sink and washing machine.

- 20% deposit payable on booking. This will secure the accommodation for your dates and in the event of cancellation is not refundable if the dates are not re-booked.
- The balance of the full amount will be payable 8 weeks before the commencement of your stay (or sooner for late bookings).
- A damages deposit of £100 is also payable - this will be refunded once the apartment has been checked by our local agent.
