20% deposit payable on booking.
This will secure the accommodation for your dates and in the
event of cancellation is not refundable if the dates are not
re-booked.
The balance of the full amount will
be payable 8 weeks before the commencement of your stay (or
sooner for late bookings).
A damages deposit of £100 is also
payable - this will be refunded once the apartment has been
checked by our local agent.
