There is everything you need for a stay with several people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a really fully equipped kitchen, TV and even a grill und a big table on the balcony.

We were six climbers in the house and used it as our daily homebase for breakfast, cooking in the evening and sleeping.

Also thanks to the friendly und helpful people that guided us to the house and waited there despite 4h delay in our arrival flight.

Nice apartment. The owner provided exstremely good service. Situated in very secure complex. All facilities for families med children. A rental car is a must. We stayed fram 28/3 to 4/4 2010 and the weather was about 20 degrees cencius and sunny all days. Santa Pola and Benidorm is a must to visit.

We very much enjoyed our stay in San Juan! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and included small extras such as extra towels, DVDs and CDs, a notebook with lots of useful information, and beach toys. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary utensils and basic ingredients such as salt, pepper, spices, olive oil - making it actually possible to cook Christmas dinner there. The washing machine and dishwasher were in good working order, which saved us a lot of time. Emma has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish - because our group included infant children, she arranged for 2 high chairs and 2 travel beds to be in the apartment when we arrived. Since we did not have a car, we found the location to be a little inconvenient: The nearest Tram station is about a 20-minute walk, and the nearest grocery store (Mercadona) is even farther. For those with a car, however, the beach and center of Alicante are easily within reach. Overall, we were very satisfied and warmly recommend the property.

We stayed here over the New Years period (end 2009 - beginning 2010). The villa was very clean, in excellent condition and actually very comfortable size-wise for a family of 6 as we were! Would definitely recomend it for anyone wanting to holiday in San Juan or the ALicante area!

We were very pleased about your nice and tidy house! It was a little bit like coming home or like housesitting. We were glad to find some spaghettis and tomatos, so we could have lunch before going out for shopping at Carrefour! Best an nearest way to get fresh fish!
Perfect for a family who wants a quiet sourrounding an likes excursions by car (you really need one here!)

We've stays 2 weeks in this lovely villa, because we love the beaches in Alicante. Especially the one at San Juan - playa muchavista - El Campello. Here you have nice restaurants, soft sandy beaches and locals.

Our 2 children were well entertained with the swimmingpool, tennis and also a playground (in front of our door!!!).

During weekdays it was quit but in the weekends with the locals at the beach it was busy.

Spanish people go to the beach early, especially in the weekends, but than at 13:00 hrs, they go home and you can almost have the beach to yourselves so quitly it becomes between 13:00 - 16:00 o'clock

We've also spend some time in Benidorm, at Aqualandia, great park with water slides, wholes, etc.etc. and nextdoor Mundomar, park with dolphines, sea-lions and other animals. Great shows at mundomar!
There is also a nice shopping mall called La Marina with 3 floors of shops and on the roof nice restaurants and playgrounds for the kids!

We always go far into spain for our holiday, preferably in the area of Alicante, because the weather is so good here. We drive by our own car. In this area you need a car for shopping and the beach is only 5 minutes drive from the villa.

Beautiful house with swimming pool very clean. Everything is available. We spend a lovely holiday. Especially for families.
With children, it's still advisable to have a car.

We came here for our first family holiday to Spain. The villa was perfect for all our needs and it is located in a very secure and friendly complex.

The owners had toys and videos for guests to use and our 4 year old was well entertained! Just outside the villa is a playground where our son was able to make friends with the local resident children.

The villa itself was very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The large terrace overlooking the gardens was lovely to wake up to every morning.

We arrived just before the high season and found it to be the best experience. We were able to be submerged into the Spanish culture and language without being overwhelmed. It was a great learning experience for the whole family and we strongly recommend embracing it! Our 4 year old learned loads of Spanish phrases, and we got to freshen up on our rusty Spanish.

The beaches were beautiful and weren't busy at all. At this time of the year, the weather was neither too hot or too cold for sitting and playing at the beach all day. Our favourite beach was Playa de San Juan.

We highly recommend this villa and look forward to booking our next holiday with this villa.

The villa was great for our requirements. It was spacisous, clean and had underground parking. Hiring a car is essential and makes life alot easier. The supermarket is nearby as is the city centre. The people are friendly and very helpful. Overall, very good value for money and would definately recommend the villa to others.

We visited this property in July 2008 with our two children aged 8 and 4. The villa was excellent, it was very well furnished and had access to a lovely pool. The weather was wonderful with two weeks of unbroken sunshine. During the week the complex was very quiet (even though this was peak season) and we often had the pool to ourselves. At the weekend it was busy as the locals were around.

We would strongly recommend a car as you need this to get food, go out in the evening and go to the beach. If you are happy walking 1/2 hour each way you could get to a supermarket but that is a long way in the heat.

We found the immediate area very touristy. San Juan beach is beautiful but incredibly busy during the day. However, it is lovely for a stroll in the evening.

We tended to use the car to visit a bit further afield. We would recommend Guadalest which has amazing views, a lovely castle and quaint shops. Nearby is Fonts de l'algar where you can swim in cool mountain water. Take a picnic. Make sure you drive past the first car parks (which charge) and drive right up the hill to the free parking. This also saves walking up the hill.

We would strongly recommend Aqualandia and Mundomar if you have children. You can get a two-day pass at a reasonable cost and you do not have to go on consecutive days.

The accomodation is lovely and you can easily relax by the pool. The weather is great. If you hire a car there are plenty of interesting places to visit.

We( me, elderly parents and 3 sons in schoolage) had a perfect holiday in this house. The house was fresh and had everything we needed. The nice climate gave us long nice evenings/nights together on the large terass! The pool in the area was very clean and had a good size both for swimming and playing!

ad a wonderful holiday in May and will definitely be returning! The villa was very clean, well maintained, and had everything you need to make a comfortable stay. It was a delight to sit on the balcony overlooking beautifully kept gardens and pool. Very centrally located for visiting many places of interest and other beaches and although we hired a car, we also enjoyed the very efficient, modern tram service. There is a great choice of excellent supermarkets within short driving distance and because of the well equipped kitchen and the pleasure of eating on the balcony, this made it so easy. The whole complex had a very tranquil atmosphere. Can't wait to return!

Just returned from two week holiday in San Juan. The villa is indeed lovely, very spacious, clean and very comfortable. My children, 11 and 15, enjoyed the pool and played tennis. Very family friendly with immaculate grounds that are well cared for. Complex had a lovely feel to it with nice residents. Villa and grounds suitable for all age groups. I would recommend car hire for trips to Alicante and surrounding area although I understand the trams provide an excellent service.

Our family of 4 have just had a lovely break here. The villa was perfect for us - a home from home - with all facilities that you could need. Our children are two and a half and 4 months. The grounds were lovely and everywhere very clean. We were unable to go in the pool as the water was too cold at this time of year (despite having some hot days). We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the beautiful beach (and tram stop) in about 25 minutes. A car would have been useful if the weather was poor or if you wanted to visit some nearby attractions / theme and water parks etc. We would certainly recommend this property especially as the owners have been very nice and trustworthy. We were able to book without any problem and the owners were easy to get hold of throughout.
