The house was built in 2004, and is situated within a secure residential complex with communal swimming pool. Alicante Golf runs alongside the complex. Typically Spanish, with the majority of the residents as "locals". So this is a great area to get away to, for a real insight in to Spanish life. |

The house is arranged over two floors. The first floor has a fully fitted kitchen including microwave and dishwasher, with a small utility area with washing machine. The lounge / diner has a large terrace which over looks the swimming pool. There is also a downstairs toilet. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and sun terrace. There are two further bedrooms both with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned across both floors. |

To the front of the house, there is a children's playground and paddle tennis court (cross between squash and tennis). The terrace to the rear overlooks the swimming pool and tranquillity stream (water feature). |

The villa was excellent, it was very well furnished and had access to a lovely pool. The weather was wonderful with two weeks of unbroken sunshine. During the week the complex was very quiet (even though this was peak season) and we often had the pool to ourselves. At the weekend it was busy as the locals were around. The accommodation is lovely and you can easily relax by the pool. The weather is great. The villa was very clean, well maintained, and had everything you need to make a comfortable stay. It was a delight to sit on the balcony overlooking beautifully kept gardens and pool. Very centrally located for visiting many places of interest and other beaches and although we hired a car, we also enjoyed the very efficient, modern tram service. There is a great choice of excellent supermarkets within short driving distance and because of the well equipped kitchen and the pleasure of eating on the balcony, this made it so easy. The villa was perfect for us - a home from home - with all facilities that you could need. Our children are two and a half and 4 months. The grounds were lovely and everywhere very clean. We were unable to go in the pool as the water was too cold at this time of year (despite having some hot days). We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the beautiful beach (and tram stop) in about 25 minutes. A car would have been useful if the weather was poor or if you wanted to visit some nearby attractions / theme and water parks etc. We would certainly recommend this property especially as the owners have been very nice and trustworthy. We were able to book without any problem and the owners were easy to get hold of throughout." - March 2008 |

Alicante Golf is a splendid 18 hole Golf
Course designed by Severiano Ballesteros. The 6,270 metre course
of par 72 requires a different strategic approach to every hole and
obliges players to use all clubs. Each of its very balanced legs of
3,125 metres and 3,145 metres respectively features three holes par 3,
three par 4 and three par 5. It stands out for its long tees and wide
fairways. as well as its beautiful park areas and its splendid lakes. |

La Playa de San Juan is Alicante's most famous beach. 7km of golden sand stretching along the Mediterranean coast, this one of the best reasons to visit Alicante, and is only 3 minutes drive away. |
